Information you provide
Forms collect your name, email, study interests and any information you choose to add, such as a phone number, intended intake, institution or message. If you send a preparation plan, its goals, selected questions and checklist accompany your enquiry. Please do not submit passports, identity documents, health information or other sensitive documents here.
How information is used
We use enquiries to answer questions, discuss study options and organise admissions or partnership follow-up. A submission reference prevents duplicate processing. Technical logs and a hashed network identifier help protect the service against abuse. Campaign information supplied in a link may be recorded with an enquiry to understand its source.
Optional updates
Marketing permission is separate from your enquiry and is unchecked by default. You can request a response without agreeing to marketing. To withdraw permission for updates, contact hello@leadersswiss.com.
Service providers and staff access
The website uses Vercel for hosting and public media and Supabase PostgreSQL in Frankfurt for website records. The Swiss Academy admissions CRM is self-hosted in Germany. Google Workspace handles admissions email. Access to enquiries is restricted to authorised admissions and technical staff. Public media storage is not used for private application documents.
Storage and retention
Information is retained for handling the enquiry, necessary follow-up and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Records are reviewed when they are no longer needed for these purposes. Service providers may process information internationally under their applicable contractual safeguards. Contact hello@leadersswiss.com to ask about a record or request its deletion.
Your choices and requests
You can contact us to ask whether we hold information about you, request access or correction, request deletion, or withdraw optional marketing permission. We may need enough information to verify the request. Applicable law determines the available rights and any exceptions. You may also raise concerns with the relevant data protection authority.
Your preparation plan
The planner works without an account. Choices are saved on your device only when you select Save choices on this device. Names, email addresses and enquiry messages are not written to that storage. Use Start again in the planner or clear this website’s browser data to remove saved choices.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits and enquiry completion, while Microsoft Clarity provides masked recordings and heatmaps to improve the website. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry messages as analytics events. Clarity masks form content. These providers process usage information under their privacy policies. You can reject or withdraw analytics using Cookie preferences in the footer. The cookie notice describes storage and duration.
