Essential website functions
Staff login and draft preview use authentication cookies. A protected staging deployment may also use hosting-provider access cookies. These support sign-in, access control and security.
Optional saved preparation plan
The planner uses local storage named salm-preparation-v1 only after you choose Save choices on this device. It contains your selected goal, subject, timing, questions and checklist. It remains until you remove it or clear browser storage. Contact details and message text are not stored there.
Change your choice
Uncheck Save choices on this device in the plan review, select Start again in the planner, or clear this website’s data in your browser settings. You can use the planner and submit an enquiry without saving choices.
Enquiry submissions
A temporary submission identifier is held in page memory to prevent duplicate processing during retries. Submitting an enquiry sends its details to the website server. The privacy notice explains how that information is handled.
Analytics and advertising
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and completed enquiries, and Microsoft Clarity provides masked session recordings and heatmaps. Neither service loads before you allow analytics. Form fields are masked, and enquiry details are not included in analytics events. Advertising consent remains disabled. Google cookies beginning _ga may persist for up to two years; Clarity _clck lasts up to one year and _clsk for one day. Your consent choice is stored for 180 days in salm-analytics-consent-v1. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change or withdraw permission at any time.
